Updated ciatah GUI and loading movie updates

Main features and changes:

CIAtah main ciatah class GUI updated with several improvements (including layout changes), black background, and option for users to preview movies directly in the UI.
Fix to issue of users asking for more frames than in the raw movies to be analyzed.

ciatah - Added FRAMES_PER_SECOND_PLAYBACK.
ciatahMainGui - Updated to add support for viewing from disk a section of the movie if a single folder is selected. Will preview both raw and processed movies if available based on regular expressions. Users can change several options on the fly to select ones that work for their dataset. Changed interface to black and changed several options to popupmenu since they only allow a single input, so listbox was not necessary. Users can also run methods or exit the GUIs using push buttons.
getRegistrationSe - Added regRegionUseBtwnSessions support and made fix for loading prior settings if they do not contain new settings.
modelPreprocessMovieFunction - Added support for dF/F where F0 is calculated using the minimum (or a soft minimum to reduce probability that one outlier throws off the calculation). Also changed turboregCropSelection so dialog box is now part of getRegistrationSettings.

loadMovieList - Added check that deals with users requesting more frames than are in the movie in the case where "options.largeMovieLoad==1" and a matrix is pre-allocated. Added additional checks for frameList to remove if negative or zero along with additional checks during movie loading to prevent loading frames outside movie extent.
dfofMovie - Add support for minimum and soft minimum dF/F calculation.
