Store all files in subdirectories to split the volumn #95

At the moment all gpx files, all images, etc. are stored in separate directories. But within this directories a huge amount of files is stored. So access is slowing down. Better store them in subdirectories underneath the current directories, which are named like the last two characters of hashed_url.

Did it with gpx files. If this is working, I will proceed with the rest.
