PDF content should be in menu_lang as the website is.

Create 5 template files in API

Basic functionality is now set, We are using i18next with one template only. we are now able to produce a translated pdf file with sample translations to show functionality only.

what is needed to get this feature entirely complete:

pulling remaining connection text for translation
creating the actual translation JSON

So i consider this issue 60-70% completed.

Within this ticket the use of the standard JSOn language files are included. "Ugly JSON" is acceptable. Beauty is overrated.
