Add Allow download and Advisory title in advanced tab #25

  1. Adds "Allow download" radio button in advanced tab, similarly as in https://github.com/iametza/ckeditor-html5-audio plugin.
  2. Advisory title text control in advanced tab, to manage "title" attribute in video tag.
