feat: explain that player need to build and craft supply buildings #183

Issue: I had a moment of confusion when the town hall required the water tower and the market I for some reason thought that the apple farm nearby was going to fulfill this need I think this happened because there was a requirement, and it was the first building I saw I didn’t realize that I needed to build the buildings myself and place them

Potential Solution: In the town hall when it lists the required buildings, inform the player that they need to craft and place them manually Maybe something like “Missing Hardware Store (Craft and place it near the town hall)”
