cannot compile with gpu #142

when I run my program,it works well on cpu,but when I use --cuda,it didn't work 'GPU execution requested, but not compiled with GPU support'

@zhangchurong Hey, Can you please help me in running the STN-OCR(https://github.com/Bartzi/stn-ocr) on CPU. I tried it and I am getting multiple errors. Hope you would look into it and help me implement it. It will be much helpful.

can you solve the problem @zhangchurong ,i meet the same problem, my cuda is 10.2
