what is CVD? #8

hi, i want to know what is cvd in CMakeLists?

CVD is a very portable and high performance C++ library for computer vision, image, and video processing. We implemented a viewer(not the current one) using CVD. But we didn't explain how to use it because it's a little bit complicated to use. Recently, we'll replace the current viewer and provide a document for how to use it.
