什么时候支持window？ #236

环境：win10+QT+mingw32。boost、protobuf、zlib、snappy都可以单独在这个环境下使用，但是sofa-pbrpc还是有一堆清理不完的报错。求教怎样才能在这个环境下使用。

这个其实因为之前需求不强烈，所以一直没有做。现在原来维护的人都分散了各个公司了，所以大家都是业余时间，精力上不太够。你们是在什么项目中使用？

删除http功能后我已经可以在windows上运行了，虽然还可能存在bug。
