Calculating the size of the lanes #101

In case the EPML is the initial format for a model, the size of the generated 
lanes and pools when exporting BPMN need to be calculated based on the first 
and last, highest and lowest elements. There would an algorithm to do so in 
order to provide a good looking for the produced models.
