Portal: enable views to be saved #103

After filtering the list of models (e.g. through the lexical filter we 
currently have or through the similarity search feature), the user should be 
able to save the view produced. There should be a menu showing all views that 
user has saved, so that the view can be loaded again.

For optimization reasons, it might make sense to "materialize" the view instead 
of recomputing it all the time. Then there should be a button allowing one to 
force a "refresh" the view in case it has gone out of sync with the repository.

When opening a saved view, a message should pop up in the status bar like "This 
view may be out of synch. Press Refresh to resynch".
