Updating corrupted annotations #108

When changes are done in a CPF, the corresponding ANF files may no longer be 
relevant. We need to find a way to "clean up" these ANF files. For example, we 
could remove those annotations that refer to CPF elements that no longer exist. 
We also need to make sure the ids are preserved in the new CPF version and that 
layout changes are properly taken into account.
