Process Metadata should be sent to Oryx for EPML models. #128

after openning a process from portal, Oryx doesnt know anything about process 
name and process version, its because we assumed that its duplicate data and 
this data is already available in the process (which is true for XPDL). so save 
dialogs dont show any default name or version.
