Opening an XPDL model in EPML #140

Try to open model 48 in winbox (originally created in XPDL) in EPML. Oryx gets 
stuck in some sort of loop without being able to load the model.

This issue should be fixed on portal side, EPML processes sent to oryx need to 
have "EPC" and "DIRECTORY" tags. following shows how Oryx does this by default:

    <directory name="Root">
        <epc epcId="1" name="">

...............
