Export: Canonical2XPDL and Canonical2EPML fail when no annotation #143

Export models with no annotation fails: Canonical2XPDL and Canonical2EPML raise 
an exception when annotations not to be used.

I think I raised this issue once with Abdul. The code he wrote was supposed to 
skip the annotations if these weren't available...

Canonical2XXXX have two signatures:
- Canonical2XXXX (cpf, anf) when annotations are available, 
- Canonical2XXXX(cpf) when annotations are not available. 
This latter one doesn't work.
