Update the ExtJS Version of Signavio #155

Signavio heavily relies on an old ExtJS version 2.1. In the meantime ExtJS has 
been merged with some other frameworks to the Sencha plattform.

Updating ExtJS to the latest Sencha version would future-proof the development:
