Update the Prototype Version of Signavio #156

Some part of Signavio rely on an old Prototype version 1.5.1. In the meantime 
there is already Prototype 1.7 released.

Updating Prototype to the latest version would future-proof the development:

There are some big issues with upgrading from 1.5.1 as the Hash class was 
completly rewritten:
