Bugfix in CPF makes EPML and XPDL canoniser unusable #162

With commit rev1311 in plugin branch both EPML and XPDL canonisers are 
unusable, due to a bugfix in the canonical format. 

Objects are now elements of a Net instead of a whole Canonical Process. The 
canonisers needs to be fixed.

It also introduced compile errors in "apromore-service"
