modification date at creattion time #35

When a version is created, its modification time should be initialised (same as 
creation time).

i think there is no point to have same date twice in new processes, creation 
date without modification date means the process is saved once but never edited

I agree, with can leave the modification date empty when a process is created.

Now the modification date is left empty at "save as" and "create process"
