Oryx: BizAgi models require cleaning up #84

When importing an XPDL from BizAgi, we need to remove the following elements, 
an empty WorkflowProcess and an empty Pool just hosting that WorkflowProcess.

There is a WorkflowProcess whose elements Activities and Transitions are empty. 
Remove this element and remove the Pool that is containing the id of this 
WorkflowProcess.

These operations need to be done in the BizAgi interceptor.

You can see this issue with model 54 on winbox.
