Some transitions are not connected to any elements 'no destinations' #89

When exporting the vpp_4321_merged.epml to the XPDL format, there are some 
transitions missing their destinations' ids.

The two files having problems. The XPDL has been obtained from the EPML.

The issue was happening because of some XOR, OR splits in the EPML file are not 
followed by events.
Fixed
