Sns pair plots #59

replaces generic "barcode" with more specific "UMI" throughout most of the code, updates to a later version of most packages, and upgrades snakemake scripts to produce SNS_pairplots. Also upgrades SNS_pairplots to use plotly for displaying points in jupyter notebook
