Old XML files #35

There are a lot of old XML files and references to XML files floating around in git and PHP code. Please remove all XML files because they are no longer needed.

Similarly, all PHP code which refers to XML file should be placed in a subdirectory so that it can be clearly separated with the production code.

Parwez, if you have deleted all old XML files and put old code referring to XML files in a different directory, then close this issue.
