Which php file are you running for generating reports?
When creating an issue you must give complete information so that somebody else can recreate the issue independently.
We are checking issue from our end. It is stucking somewhere else. Confirm you after checking from our end.

We checked and found -Cassandra read is Ok. Slowness is due to sorting issue in hourly report and the gap is coming due to delay in back data of recently moved devices to us-server.
