Timezone setting in analytics server #52

Timezone is in UTC in Analytics server (IP :54.175.45.115 ). It need to be changed to IST similar to 52.3.186.189 application server.

Done. Issue #41 is open. So this can be a comment in that issue instead of opening a new issue.
