StreamElements API for TTS #17

is it possible to use the streamelements tts engine instead of google https://api.streamelements.com/kappa/v2/speech?voice=Brian&text= not really an issue but more of a request as the streamelements engine supports many different voices by changing the voice name Thanks in advance

Hey there. Hmm, didn't know this existed. It should be possible, yes. My Red cogs aren't my main focus right now, though. I'll keep this open and work on it when I decide to come back to them.

I've been trying my best to learn python, once I can wrap my head around it I would gladly try. Thanks for being open to the idea
