I really enjoyed your paper 'A population-based phenome-wide association study of cardiac and aortic structure and function'! I was wondering if you could share the R code used in your analysis for this manuscript? It's mentioned in the paper that the TwoSampleMR and MR-PRESSO R packages were used. While I found code for the image segmentation and PheWas portions of the manuscript I did not find anything for Mendelian randomization.
Please let me know if it is here and I just didn't see it, though under the 'Languages' heading of this repo R isn't listed.
