Synchronize to-dos #21

I am using Kontact 4.4.3 on OpenSUSE. When I create a to-do in KOrganizer 
and add it to my CalDAV calendar, it gets deleted on the next reload from 
the server.

When I create a task in our web interface, it does not get synchronized to 
KOrganizer.

I do  not know if this is an issue with our CalDAV server (which I believe 
is running IceWarp Server 10.0.8) or not, since I cannot find any 
information regarding the feature being implemented in kcaldav at all.

Todos are not yet implemented.
