new luasocket depends on functions not available in XP and WinServer2003 #372

inet_pton requires Vista or Server 2008.

This just converts IP address structures to strings. A pure-C version could be 
written and used. Needs to be fixed upstream in luasocket.

Work on this is complete, we'll release an updated package soon, and future 
nightly builds will also work on XP.
