proxy65_whitelist does not appear to work with recent 0.10 nightlies

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install latest 0.10 nightly
2. Clone modules repo
3. Configure conf file to reference modules repo and proxy65_whitelist

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see extremely fast image transfer results found when I first 
enabled the module back in Sept 2014. Now I'm seeing at best 1 minute transfers 
for a < 40KB file. It's not uncommon to see up to 10 minutes needed to transfer 
other images around that size.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

* Prosody 0.10 nightly (latest)
* proxy65_whitelist module
* Ubuntu 14.04

Re client, we currently use Conversations 1.2.0 on all devices (where we 
transfer images) and we've dropped back to v1.1.0 with similar results.
