CPAN modules not compiling #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. compile perl for android
2. run cpan.android DBD::SQLite it will fail
3. run cpan.android CryptX it will fail

number 2 still will not work even if you run it as

cpan.android DBI DBD::SQLite
