BUG: uTools 中首次运行不会跳转到对应工具 #304

复现步骤：

  1. 通过快捷命令任意打开一个工具，例如 MD5。
  2. uTools 窗口右上角点击“结束运行”。 image
  3. 再次通过快捷命令打开另一个工具，例如时间戳。
  4. 此时打开的页面仍然是第一步打开的 MD5，正常情况下应该是时间戳才对。

通过 Ecs 关闭 uTools 窗口后，再次通过快捷命令打开任何工具都可以正常跳转。所以这个问题只在首次运行时出现，或者应该可以说工具在后台运行时，通过命令可以打开正确的页面，当没有在后台运行时就会出现打开错误工具的情况。
