provide complete support for MatrixMarket formats #69

Provide support for all data types (real, complex, integer, pattern) and 
symmetry structures (general, symmetric, skew-symmetric, Hermitian).

Cusp v0.3.0 supports complex matrices.  We can address the symmetry structures 
later.
