When you scroll up and down the playback list, you can get the FAB to disappear #88

Steps to reproduce

save a recording
go to list view and scroll up and down (gesture) with finger.
observe FAB disappears when you interact with the list
occasionally the FAB will not reappear.

Please implement a fix that makes the FAB always reappear and test that the functionality works when exiting the app, resuming the app, recording items, etc.
