Create a proper FAQ section for how to use Comicom

• This should basically act as a small tutorial with really simple questions to start, but also include more refined troubleshooting/tweaking style Q&A.
• All FAQ questions should try to redirect to the "Command Line Arguments" section whenever mentioned
• The "Command Line Arguments" section should be reworded/reorganized to be about the input values as a whole, with a mini screenshot of the GUI in addition to raw command line argument values
