Issue with overlapping windows #306

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a windows that overlaps chrome (chrome full screen + small explorer 
windows or skype windows)
2. Hover mouse over an image
3. Before the image appears (e.g. less than 0.3sec) hover over the overlapping 
windows (N.B. The active windows is the overlapping)

Note: I just moved the mouse quickly. You can see on the image that the 
article/image was selected even though the mouse was no longer over it and the 
HZ triggered.

Hover Zoom version: 4.5
Google Chrome version:
Operating system: Win7 Prof. x86
