I can't add sites to my blacklist

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to hoverzoom preferences
2. Click the 'sites' tab and try to add a site
3. Nothing happens

I've deleted everything (history, cache, cookies, etc.) but I still can't add 
any websites. Why does this happen?

Hover Zoom version: 4.5.1
Google Chrome version: 21.0.1180.89
Operating system: OS X 10.7.4
