Add rebar3 support #51

It really seems like this could work just as well on non-Elixir projects. This is a placeholder issue for posting notes to help us out for when time opens up to look into it.

Would it be possible to use bakeware with rebar3 with adding support to bakeware? I'd like to use this on an Erlang project.

Hi @Stratus3D - None of us who worked on Bakeware use rebar3, so I'm not sure what's involved. Could you also check in with https://github.com/burrito-elixir/burrito? Burrito development has been more active recently and there might be more bandwidth to help.
