It is easy to accidentally switch to another control pane when trying to adjust 
a slider.  Maybe the 
sliders should be vertical instead of horizontal?

Submitted an experimental UI that uses vertical controls.  It should be less 
likely to make a mistake, but the page 
control seems broken in the 2.X iphone OS -- it works better with 3.0.

This UI still has some of the bugs of the old UI -- it seems to switch pages 
without you asking it to, and also the 
sliders are still hard to control.

I've fixed those bugs, but the vertical page control UI only works with the 
iphone 3.0 OS (who knows when that 
will be released?) So I expect that we'll need a short term fix for that before 
the next release.
