Fixing error ERROR: could not open file '.../RoseTTAFold-All-Atom/uniclust/UniRef30_2021_06_cs219.ffdata' #100

This PR closes issue #33 where is can't find uniclust/UniRef30_2021_06_cs219.ffdata. It also closes issue #68 (error "sequence ss_pred contains no residues") by adding local blast, with updated README.
