Hi, Is there a way (or a flag) for having multiple PDB structures predicted for protein-protein complex with small molecule? The default is only one outout PDB given.

Unfortunately, there is no flag for this but there is some stochasticity so running the algorithm multiple times might give you different results (depends on the case in my experience)
