UNIQUE constraint failed. #26

Hi there,

I'm getting this error lately and haven't been able to figure out how to resolve it: "Jan 2 10:00:25 weewx-pi weewx[316509] ERROR weewx.manager: Unable to add record 2023-01-02 09:57:14 PST (1672682234) to database 'purpleair.sdb': UNIQUE constraint failed: archive.dateTime"

@chrisale I have never seen that error. Could you provide a scenario to reproduce it?
