Eager Pairings #4

Optimal pairings are nice and all, but often we have two people with the same record who are waiting for a match to finish, and we'd rather just be able to play. Instead of waiting for rounds to finish completely, can we have a mode where rounds kick off as soon as pairs are available?

I'd say in that more casual set up you're probably just better off playing whoever is available until you want to go home? Is there really a big difference between that and eager pairings? No computer required :)
