Customizable ignore list #4

Re-echoing https://github.com/thebakeryio/meteor-spotting/issues/2, today I had a site submitted that I would have preferred not be. Within seconds there were visitors to it.

If an auto-confirmation is out of the question, there should at least be an easily editable list of sites to ignore.

+1. Really love the extension, but I would prefer if it didn't leak apps in development. Essentially, anything at port 3000 should be excluded. Of course, a list would be even better.
