Improve errors and add mock errors

[ ] Added the mock error cases to TeapotError
[ ] Made NetworkResult work with TeapotError so we can switch over and compare for different error types.
[ ] Wrapped dataTask and payload error in TeapotError

@marijnschilling is this PR pointing to the wrong branch? Shouldn't it be pointing to #16 ?
