Changes made to README.md

Added comment saying to set runtime library to MT.
Added link for template generator.
Added link to BakkesPlugins.
Changed path link from Win32 folder to one in appdata.
Changed it from saying to use bakkesmod.lib to pluginsdk.lib.
Changed it from saying Win32 to Win64.
Removed "to do skeleton project" comment because of the template generator.

Changes made to wrapperstucts.h

Added the MAINMENUBACKGROUND enum.
Updated the PRODUCTQUALITY enum.
Updated the UNLOCKMETHOD enum.
Fixed spacing issues and reformatted some structs.

Reformatted meaning:

struct Fuck {

}

Is now:

struct Fuck {

}

Suggestion: Completely yeet out the car body enum, people can just use shit in ItemsWrapper instead, but am pretty sure some plugins like hitbox plugin use da enum still or something.
