Feature request: Spectator controls

Would it be possible to add spectator controls like:

• Getting the current player the camera is on
• Setting the camera on a player

[CinderBlocc]

Super old, but if anyone comes across this in the future, CameraWrapper has Get/SetFocusActor which should do the trick.
