Update DESCRIPTION to use remote versions of splustime* #45

uses github versions of splustimeseries, splustimedate and gets them automatically picked up by their remotes

Thanks for the quick-fix @jdpye ! Be aware that a new version of YAPS is cooking. Will feature new and better (?) sync functionality, better runYaps() function, more consistent naming of variables, will eliminate the need for the archived sPlusTimeXxxx packages - and more.
