Thanks! I am aware of the issue and occasionally working towards a new version eliminating dependency on splusTimeSeries. In the meantime, please use the github version of splusTimeSeries - this should do the trick:
devtools::install_github("spkaluzny/splusTimeSeries")
Cheers, \hb
Dear Henrik, Thank you for this. Yes, that was the solution I'd already used.
So you know, I've had much greater success with the latest version of YAPS than previous versions - fewer instances of failing or of returning obviously wrong tracks (my data is messy).
I've hit a few other small issues under certain circumstances, but will report these via Github once I've collected them and found solutions.
Thank you again for a great package,
Karl

When calling getToaYaps(), I'm getting an error saying "there is no package called ‘splusTimeSeries’". This is happening for the demo script, as well as my own data. I'll find a solution (it's only started happening after I've updated R and re-installed YAPS), but wanted to flag it.
