Moving modules to syslog-ng 3.6? #81

I think a few modules could graduate from the Incubator to syslog-ng 3.6. Namely riemann, trigger-source, graphite, and perhaps the $(or), $(//) and $(padding) template functions.

What do you think?

Talked with @talien and others, the result is that riemann, graphite, $(or) and $(padding) will move.

The mentioned parts of the Incubator were migrated to syslog-ng 3.6/master (see balabit/syslog-ng#217) after bringing them up to date with 3.6 APIs and conventions.

The docs could use a tiny update, but that's a very minor point.
