Maybe there is a stale route in your routing table. Try to check that with
'netstat -rn'. There is no way, OpenVPN
or Tunnelblick would cache anything like that. Did you try restarting your
machine as this would make sure there
are no stale routes in the routing table?

I tried multiple restarts, and nothing. There are no static routes set, it just
refuses to pass traffic. Also getting another issue where it keeps saying now it
cannot open the tun-adapter: resource busy. This somewhat related to a bug I
posted
before where the application keeps creating more and more TUN interfaces. This
time,
though, ifconfig shows no TUN devices until we load Tunnelblick. Once it
starts, it
loads the device as ifconfig shows tun0, and only tun0, but again, it
constantly says
the resource is busy. I am really bewildered at this.
